All items are priced at $CAD and are shipped through Canada Post or USPS

 

We offer free shipping for items on national (Canadian) orders over $100 and internationally for orders over ($200). 


All purchases are final and cannot be returned for a refund. If we receive a returned sale or discounted item, we will either refuse the delivery or return it at the customer's expense. No refund will be issued.

SHIPPING

 

All items take 3 to 4 days to process payment and between 1-2 weeks to ship. All orders ship from Alberta, Canada. 

 

International Shipping

 

North American residents: Allow 3 to 4 weeks after payment has been processed for shipping to be fulfilled. The recipient is also responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges.

 

Europe / Asia: Allow 3 to 7 weeks after payment has been processed for shipping to be fulfilled. The recipient is also responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

 

All items are final sale, and may not be returned or exchanged unless they have either been: damaged/missing in shipping or incorrect orders. 


What if my order is damaged / missing during shipping?

 

For all orders damaged during shipping, you MUST file a claim within 48 hours of shipping arrival time and day. Items must be en route to the designated return address within 14 days. Note that all orders are recorded at the time of packaging to ensure that all items are properly packaged and shipped, and all requests must provide photographic evidence.

What if my arrived order is incorrect?

Return Process

  1. Initiation: To initiate please visit [HERE]. Please allow up to 24 hours for a representative to respond to the initial request. Please ensure to include any necessary information including the order number and if possible any photos. 

  2. Approval: Our team will assess all requests and evaluate if it meets our policies. A shipping label will then be provided, where The customer will then have to print the shipping label, re-package the item(s) and physically ship the package at any shipping facility accepting USPS or Canada Post.

  3. Received: Once the order is received the customer will be refunded the amount of the order and its shipping price via the same payment method with which the order was initially issued. The customer will be notified via email.

 

Additional information

 

Items purchased from www.wearfighthate.com must be returned at the customer's expense in new, unused condition with any original tags still attached.

 

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charge except for faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
